How much is one video?+
The Single pack makes one Zombie Couple Video video. Bigger packs and the monthly plans bring the price per video down; the exact cost is shown on the button before you confirm.
Do credits expire? Do I need a subscription?+
Pack credits never expire and nothing renews. Plans are optional: they refresh credits every month at a lower price per video, and you can cancel anytime.
What if the video fails or doesn't look right?+
A render that fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter is never charged: the credits go straight back. If it rendered but clearly got it wrong (your faces were not kept, or the hug beat is missing), email us the link within 48 hours: we redo it once for free or return the credits. A clear, front-facing photo gives the best likeness.
Can I get a refund? Will I be charged again?+
Packs are a single payment and never renew. Plans renew until you cancel, which you can do anytime from Settings → Billing. Within 7 days of any purchase you can get a full refund if you used no more than 20% of its credits. See the refund policy in the footer, or write to support.
