Uploaded photos are sent to our video model provider (ByteDance Seedance 2.0 via the KIE API) only to render your video and are not used to train models. Your photos and videos stay in your library until you delete them or your account is closed.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Send occasional product updates and offers by email. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

We never publish your photos or videos, use them as examples or share them with other users. See "Your Photos and Videos Stay Private" in our Terms of Service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Photos you upload

• Used for: rendering the video you asked for, nothing else.
• Kept where: our Cloudflare R2 storage, at an unlisted address. The video model provider (ByteDance Seedance 2.0 via the KIE API) fetches the photo from there to render. It publishes no retention period for fetched input images, so assume it may hold a working copy for as long as its generated-media retention, 14 days.
• How long: until you remove the video from your account or ask us.
• To delete: remove the video from your library, or email us and we purge the files from our storage within 7 days. We cannot delete copies the provider holds; those expire under its own policy.

Videos we make for you

• Used for: your library, so you can download and share them.
• Kept where: our Cloudflare R2 storage. The provider keeps its own copy of the generated clip for up to 14 days and request logs for 2 months, per its published retention policy, then deletes them.
• How long: until you remove the video from your account or ask us.
• To delete: same as above. Our copy goes on request within 7 days; the provider's copy expires within 14 days on its own.

Account details (email, name)

• Used for: sign-in, receipts, support.
• Kept where: our database on Cloudflare.
• How long: while your account exists.
• To delete: email us to close your account; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.

Orders and payments

• Used for: fulfilling purchases, refunds, bookkeeping.
• Kept where: Waffo, the merchant of record, holds card details; we keep only the order, amount and product.
• How long: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• To delete: not deletable while the law requires it; card details are never on our servers.

Usage events

• Used for: fixing problems and counting what people use.
• Kept where: our database on Cloudflare.
• How long: while your account exists.
• To delete: deleted with your account.

To be precise about what deletion covers: removing a video from your library takes it out of your account at once but does not by itself erase the files; emailing us erases them from our storage within 7 days; and copies held by the video model provider are outside our reach and expire under its policy, within about 14 days for media and 2 months for request logs. We do not use your photos or videos to train models. If you want everything about you gone, one email to the address below is enough.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
